MSK-5070-AC is a 180mm width ( 7.1 ") heavy-duty electric rolling press with 7.5 horsepower and variable speed, which is designed for rolling metallic material ( < Rc 50) up to 20 mm thickness, such as copper, stainless steel, Nickel alloy, etc.

Application Note
|
- Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
- The thickness of each time pressing is depending on material thickness. The harder material shall be less press thickness, which customers shall test by themselves for the best parameters
- For some material that is easy work hardening, you may need to anneal it by furnace after each rolling.
