MSK-AFA-L1000 is a 350mm width and 1100mm long tape casting coater with a heat-able bottom vacuum chuck up to 120°C and a micrometer adjustable applicator. It is designed for producing long thick film and has a unique driving system to produce smooth coating at all types of materials. It is specially designed for coating various electrodes of a cylindrical cell such as the 21700 formats.

Film Applicator

- The accuracy of Film thickness: +/- 0.01mm
- 9 um Cu foil (BCCF-9u350) and 15 um Al foil (BCAF-15U350) with a width of 350 mm are recommended.
- The precise digital thickness gauge (EQ-DTG) can be used to measure the electrode sheet thickness
