MSK-AFA-MF100 is a multi-functional film coater driven by compressed gas with a coating area of 100 mm x 100 mm. It is compatible with two coating methods: screen printing and ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coating. A cost-effective tool for making various coatings with patterns and can be used for making flexible rechargeable battery electrodes, OLEDs, or thermoelectric devices.
This machine can be used in the glove box.

Compressed Gas Requirement
pic1
pic2
|
- 0.5-0.8 MPa pressure required
- The compressed air pump is required for the operation, but it is not included in the standard order, please click the link below to order one if you don't have.
- Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
