MSK-2150-H5-R2R is a 150mm width (6") pressure-control electric rolling press with roll-to-roll unit. It is an ideal roll-to-roll cold calendar with adjustable pressure for battery electrode calendaring and improving electrode compaction density.

Application Notes
  • The MSK-H2150-E-R2R are specially designed for electrode hot calendaring of battery R&D in terms of its advantages as affordable, compact, and precise. Please strictly follow the instructions to operate:
    • Must use acetone to clean rollers' surface after each use
    • If the machine will be idle for a long period of time, please apply anti-rust lubricant on the rollers
    • The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of the material. If you have other materials to process. Please mail us your samples and we are willing to do the test for you
Warnings
  • Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
  • Multi-step thickness calendaring needed: while calendaring the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing with sheet original thickness
  • Never calendering decrement over 0.02mm comparing with original sheet thickness each calendering
  • Must clean the roller surface for each rolling and use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
