MSK-HTML-S is a compact version high throughput automatic dispenser with 5 dispensing tanks for solid powder distribution of up to 6 samples. (Sample number could be customized).
The application interface allows the user to make dedicated programming steps for preparing samples of various weights and composition ratios with 2 mg resolution.
The integrated dispensing mechanism provides a fully automatic, unattended, reproducible dispensing process.
It is an ideal tool for powder sample preparation in high-throughput alloy and ceramic research (such as solid electrolyte development in Lithium-ion batteries).
MTI has granted the patent 2019SR0892401 for the High Throughput Automatic Powder Dispensing System MSK-HTML-S since July 2019.

Dispensing Mechanism

- Each container tube will be moved to the dispensing station via an XYZ motion moving station.
- The sample will be dispensed from the sample feeder.
- After dispensing, the container tube will be moved back to the loading station.

Air Source |
- An inert Gas Tank or Air Compressor (0.5~0.8Mpa) is needed for the machine operation, please purchase separately.
- Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor (pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator (pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
