 MSK-PCM-1K is an economic planetary centrifugal mixer that has an adjustable speed and can mix samples up to Max. 200g per each container. It is an economic tool to prepare slurry and paste for material research.
Note: it is not a vacuum mixer, and can not be used in an Ar glovebox. Since May 2026, speed has increased to 1000 rpm.

  • Warning: 
    • Must put two containers with the same weight for mixing, otherwise it may damage the machine
    • Putting the machine on solid ground or a working table to reduce vibration
    • overload may damage the device. Please follow both the volume and weight limits as above when loading the sample.

Application Notes
  • Always use the mixer on a level & stable surface for best performance and maximum safety.
  • Do not use the mixer in a hazardous atmosphere or with flammable, explosive, corrosive, or poisonous material.
  • Do not overload the mixer! Stop the mixing operation immediately if an abnormal sound/vibration is observed.
  • Use a digital balance to make sure the sample loading is balanced before mixing.
  • Double-check if the containers are mounted correctly and securely before mixing.
