MSK-SFM-3-F is a high-energy 3D movement ball (rotation, vibration, and swing) mill with an adjustable speed of up to 1500 RPM and a maximum 75G centrifugal acceleration. Standard Milling Jars & Media

  • Two sets of the milling jars ( nylon & SS ) are included ( total 4 jars included )
    • One 80 ml nylon jar with Zirconia milling balls (5 pcs of Φ10mm, 10 pcs of Φ8mm, and 10 pcs of Φ5mm) is included. ( click Pic. 1&2 to order spare )
    • One 80 ml Stainless Steel Jar with SS milling balls (5 pcs of Φ10mm, 10 pcs of Φ8mm, and 10 pcs of Φ5mm) is included.  ( Pic. 3 &4)
  • Option: High Throughput 4 Milling Cavities SS Mixing Jar is available as an option( click Pic. 5 to order)

Note: To achieve finer or desired particles via ball mill is a research project, which is dependent on the material to be milled, grinding time and speed, combination of grinding jar and milling ball, etc. It is the user's responsibility to find the best milling procedure based on the material. Buyers are welcomed to the MTI laboratory at California test before purchase.
