MSK-111A-L is a desktop semi-auto stacking machine with advanced features to ensure a stable, repeatable and precise electrode stacking. In its "Z" fashion stacking method, Anode and Cathode electrodes are alternately stacked with the separator film in between.

  • There is the digital display of the motor torque output ratio, please use the rotary knob to set no less than 20. If you are using our separator, the recommended motor torque output ratio would be 30 - 60.
  • Due to the required operating space, it is not recommended to use the MSK-111A-L in the glovebox with depth <900mm and width < 600mm; If the customer would like to use it inside the glovebox, please leave enough space for the operation. Please click the images in below to understand these technologies and how it fits in a glove box.
