 OTF-1200X-S is a compact split tube furnace with a max working temperature of 1200°C. The furnace adopts either a 25, 50, or 60 mm OD tubes with a pair of stainless steel flanges, which allows to heat up samples in a vacuum or controlled gas atmosphere. The programmable PID temperature controller provides up to 30 segments of heating and cooling segments with +/- 1 °C accuracy. 

  • Double-layer steel structure and cooling fans to keep surface temperature <70°C
  • Alumina fibrous thermal insulation for better energy efficiency
  • Alumina coating on the thermal insulation for a longer service life of a heating chamber
