OTF-1500X-GB is a splitable tube furnace connected to the dual glovebox with the purification system, which allows processing air-sensitive material at the environment of oxygen and humidity less than 1 ppm. The sample after heat treatment can be taken out from the tube furnace to the glovebox for further processing.

- Regenerating gas: Mixture of H2 (5%) and 95% working gas
- Note: If you use Ar gas, please make sure the inside equipment is Ar gas compatible.
- Auto regeneration process with user defined parameters.
- Automatically purging function is built-in for quickly reducing O2 < 100ppm & H2O < 100 ppm before cycling.
- Purification Cylinder: made of BASF antioxidant materials and UOP water adsorbent materials.

Tube Furnace

- Double layer steel casing with air cooling to keep furnace surface temperature lower than 60°C.
- High purity fibrous alumina insulation for Max. Energy saving.
- The special refractory coating on inner to increase furnace life.
- Two pairs of fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)
- Split cover with Interlock protection, cut the power if door open during furnace heating process.
- 2" Alumina tube with the dimension of 50 O.D x 40 I.D x 1000 L (mm)
- Processing tubes with 3" or 4" are available upon request at extra cost.
