The Pfeiffer vacuum gauge MPT-200-AR has a rugged metallic case as well as integrated analysis electronics. A digital output signal enables them to be connected directly to a PC or SPC. Combinations of different sensors offer an expanded measurement range with only one flange connection. Standard versions with serial RS-485 interface and options with DeviceNet (DN) interfaces or an additional analogue output with two set points (AR) are available.
