The world-famous Pfeiffer vacuum station, made in Germany, combines a diaphragm pump as the backing pump with a turbomolecular pump. It comes with a complete set of accessories, including a vacuum gauge with KF25 port, stainless steel vacuum bellows with KF40 port, 7" color touchscreen display, and ball valve. This plug-and-play system provides a vacuum range from 1E-3 to 1E-7 bar, allowing users to achieve a high vacuum level in a short time with low operating noise simply by switching on the system. It is an ideal vacuum solution for most MTI tube furnaces, capable of achieving high vacuum levels of 1E-5 Torr or better.
