TSL-LL is a universal friction mixer for free-flowing raw materials for both dry powder and slurry. Circumferential speeds of 10 m/s to 30 m/s result in a marked mixing vortex, which can be used for powder dispersion, powder surface coating, and CO2 capture into cement.

  • Water cooling / Oil heating jacket outside of the vessel
  • Material charge port, gas inlet, or vacuum port are built-in on the top of the vessel
  • Material discharge ports with valves driven by compressive air, are built at the bottom of the vessel
  • Double-layer mixing blades
