Application Notes
  • Check the Oil Level Regularly. Add AW 46 Hydraulic Oil if the Oil Level is low
  • Do not raise the bottom cylinder (piston) more than its maximum traveling distance (20 mm) 
  • Warning: Customers must always wear protective goggles during operation !!!
  • Please shut the oil release valve and oil drain for transportation or long term idle
  • Operating the pressor inside the glove box is not recommended
Optional 32-Position Pressing Die Adapter
  • The press is compatible with the optional 32-position pressing die adapter, which enables making 32 pallets at once for high-throughput operation.
  • The adapter is NOT included in the standard package, please contact MTI to make a separate purchase.
