YLJ3TPSCHT is a solid-state battery heating and pressurizing analysis system containing a set of devices to study the performance of solid-state battery materials under different pressures and temperatures.

  • The equipment has two working modes: automatic pressurization and manual pressurization
  • Three modes of automatic pressurization:
(1) Constant pressure mode: When the pressure value reaches the target value, in the process of pressure dwelling, the equipment continuously makes the pressure to maintains the pressure at the set value.
(2) Non-constant pressure mode: When the pressure value reaches the target value, the pressure is not replenished during the dwelling process.
(3) Intermittent constant pressure mode: When the pressure value reaches the target value, the pressure is replenished every 5 minutes during the packing process, and the pressure is maintained around the target value.

A low-cost press without a pressure recording function is also available for combination.

Solid-State Battery Testing Cell
 (No Heating, optional)

  • The sleeve is made of PEEK or Nylon, which has high mechanical strength, high insulation, and strong corrosion resistance
  • The upper and lower die cores are made of stainless steel, and a gold-plated pressure bar is optionally available
  • The sleeve fixing ring is made of aluminum for great thermal conductivity
  • Die diameter of ID· φ10mm (other core sizes are available upon request).
  • A split test cell for pouch batteries is available upon request. 

Solid-state Battery Testing Cell (Heating Condition, included)

 

  •  A PEEK heating die with an I.D. of 10 mm is included. Other sizes (eg. 12 mm, 20 mm) are also available upon request. The maximum operation temperature is 150 °C
  • If you would like a test cell under higher heating condition up to 500°C,  please order the Si3N4 test cell (PSC-SiN)

8-Channel Battery Analyzer

  • Software is included for displaying the curve of charging/discharging with temperature and pressure

Computer Software

  • The software can display the temperature, pressure, and charge and discharge curves of solid-state batteries in real time on the same interface, which is more intuitive and can be exported to facilitate the comparison of multiple experiments
