  • Perfect for sample holder of powder XRD, which has no background noise from 20 to 100 degree (2θ angle Cu Ka X-Ray)
  • Fit with XRD of Siemens, Scintag, Rugaku and many more
  • Warning:  X-ray beam shall be 5 mm dia or less and hit in the center of the sample when you use cacity zero diffraction plate ! Otherwise  the edge may result in a peak.
